VIP Physician Group offers the following Services to Members that are beyond Medicare or Member's health insurance plan benefits
Direct Physician Access
With 24/7 access to your private physician, you will always be connected in your time of need.
Same Day Appointments
You need to be seen quickly in your time of need — not two weeks from now. In most cases, you will be seen the same day
Healthy Living
Consultations and personalized coaching for weight loss, smoking cessation, and stress management
Personalized Care
Extended appointment times and visits as needed to accommodate individual circumstances- you will never feel rushed
Expanded, personalized, comprehensive annual exam
Medical Forms
The staff and provider will complete all medical forms such as insurance, disability, DMV handicap forms, travel change letters, etc. at no charge
Membership Fee *
The membership fee for the program services:
- Two thousand dollars ($2000) per year for individual/primary member
- Additional immediate family (spouse and/or children under 18) can become member of the program with additional one thousand dollars ($1000) per year for each family member
